Horrific App, Does not work

Product does not work and AHA blames iOS 8. Worse, they have an app where their purchased product does not work and to date will not issue a refund. Total ripoff with no help and nothing but lies from their “support”. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I now have to dispute the charge and will report to BBB and certainly consumer affairs.
